We have developed the following marketing plan to fully expose your property to the largest number of potential buyers possible. Please review the plan carefully. We will be happy to explain the rationale and purpose behind any of the steps and answer any questions you might have.

Prepare, with your goals in mind, a Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) which will position your home to sell for the highest price, in the least amount of time within the current market conditions.
   
Conduct an inspection of your home to determine what repairs and improvements, if any, should be performed to best stage the property for sale. Assist in the implementation of any suggestions.
   
Enter your home on the Greater South Bay Multiple Listing Service to expose it to approximately 4,000 local Real Estate Agents. Your property will also be part of the West Side Board, Long Beach Board and the Orange County Board of Realtors.
   
Place a For Sale Sign and Brochure Box (if allowed by city) on the most visible location on your property.
   
Place your home on the World Wide Web and the Internet giving your property maximum exposure.
   
Expose your home in the Re/Max Satellite Network which is the largest network of real estate agents in the world.
   
Send a copy of the listings to the 600 Re/Max Palos Verdes agents – the #1 volume company on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
   
Promote your home directly while networking at our weekly Sales Meetings.
   
Prepare a Custom Brochure promoting all the specific features of your home.
   
Send Custom Photographic Property Information Mailers to all surrounding neighbors and targeted potential buyers to increase the interest and activity surrounding your home.
   
Personally follow up on all Agent Showings to network the property within the profession and to obtain feedback on the properties impression in the marketplace.
   
Hold Brokers Open Houses as needed.
   
Analyze your price, terms and objectives every thirty days and provide the flexibility to alter the marketing plan to meet any changing needs.
