Positioning and Staging your Property

You will Receive a thorough, customized Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) to determine the value of your property. We will consult with you to determine your goals and needs, then advise you on pricing and positioning strategy, which will most advantageously offer your home for sale. We will evaluate your property to determine the work necessary to stage it for maximum appeal and render assistance in implementing the recommendations.
Marketing Exposure

Your property will be exposed to the largest number of potential buyers possible. We will thoroughly execute our Action Oriented Marketing Plan.
Negotiations

All negotiations will be focused with your goals in mind and professionally and knowledgeably conducted using proven techniques. We will coordinate all negotiations with agents or other interested parties and advise and inform you of the merits of all offers.
Qualification of Listings

In order for our Action Oriented Marketing Plan to be implemented, your listing must be qualified. By the practice of our office, a qualified listing is defined as the following:

  • A competitively priced home
  • Offered by motivated clients
  • Complete and diligent disclosure of property information
  • Properly positioned and staged
  • Listed for a term sufficient to execute the Action Oriented Marketing Plan

If we must we will advise you we cannot properly market or professionally represent an overpriced listing. To do so leaves us unable to substantiate and defend the price discrepancy between the list price and the properties professionally determined value, To accept overpriced listings as a matter of business is a disservice ti the client, and to the profession.
